Vincent Vanderheeren

Since 2002, I have been working in the Agile field. I began as a developer, implementing XP practices, then transitioned into the roles of a Scrum Master and, ultimately an Agile coach. Like many Agile coaches, I hold a strong desire for continuous learning and personal growth to better guide individuals and organizations on their Agile journeys.

To enhance my role as a Managing Partner at iLean, I pursued an Executive MBA at Vlerick.

In my current pursuits, I am particularly interested in Organizational Learning, Systems Thinking, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy.

Beyond my professional interests, I find joy in reading, spending time in nature, and expressing my creativity through painting and drawing.
