Visual Product Owner Flow
As a product owner, you certainly met some these challenges before:
- How to start my program/project with as little upfront analysis as possible, whithout losing project controll?
- How can I manage "big" projects or programs in an agile way: is that possible with a simple backlog?
- In Scrum the team benefits most of the Scrum board - How can I organise myself as a PO?
- How can I keep my valuable & implementable increments small?
Are you still looking for best practises to deal with such challenges, and/or do you want to share your experiences? Join for an extremely intresting session.
Benefits
