Agile - Scrum Introduction

Are you new to Scrum? Do you want to learn more about it?

Then join this session! We will cover the basic Scrum process and explain everything you need to know to start using Scrum.

Benefits

Through a very short introduction, you will be able to consider and discuss agile approaches with sufficient insight, or to join agile/scrum teams.

However, this session will not allow you to conduct transitions, and to play a major role in an agile project (Scrum Master or Product Owner), you will need more detailed training like our Certified Scrum Master training or Certified Product Owner training.

Intended audience

Everybody that is actively interested in Scrum XP or agile is welcome! This session is specifically intended for people without extensive Scrum experience.

Feel free to bring colleagues or friends that are also interested in the subject.
