Session Outline

We will cover the following topics:

  • Agile and Scrum principles and values
  • The Scrum process: meetings, roles, artifacts
  • Product management in Scrum: Product Backlog, user stories and estimation
  • Plan, initiate and lead a Scrum project (budget, scope, time, quality)
  • The basics of leading your Scrum team through planning, review, and retrospective sessions

Based on your specific questions and needs, we will probably also talk about:

  • How to implement Scrum in a large organization
  • Agile release planning and follow-up
  • Supporting self-organizing teams
  • Combine Scrum with other methodologies such as Prince2, PmBoK, etc
  • Other Agile processes such as Kanban, XP, etc.
