Applied Agile BI in a large organization

Join this experience-driven workshop on Agile BI. Learn the differences between Agile applied to software development and BI and get practical tips on getting your BI projects fully Agile.
This session is organized together with our partner Cadenz.

Participants will get a good view on the implementation track of an Agile BI roadmap, the value that it brings to an organization as well as the hurdles and lessons learned during the course of implementation. The session will start from the basic Agile fundamentals, will then focus on BI specific characteristics and will then explain how a realistic integration of the 2 was achieved.

The session will include some interactive intermezzo's.

Participants of this free session will learn :

  • about the fundamental differences of Agile software development, the needs of business decision support systems and how they can be combined in a most optimal manner in a large (matrix) organization .
  • about the roadmap towards the foundation of an Agile BI Service Center (ABISC framework) and the lessons learned during the implementation.
  • about a concrete BI solution case that has been developed and implemented in a true Agile Scrum manner.”
